Sales Director
Sales Director Position
Retail Resilient is always seeking out hard working individuals in the Automotive Industry that have a strong background in Sales, Sales Management or Marketing in a Dealership. We hire these individuals to be our Sales Directors.
Vision of the Position
A Sales Director for Retail Resilient is heavily involved in the sales process and communication with Auto Dealerships. This individual spends most of their day managing leads, talking on the phone and virtually assisting Auto Dealerships in creating a better Social Media strategy to sell more cars and make more money.
Work Environment
All Sales Directors work from a home based environment. They create a quiet space in their homes with no distractions. A typical day consists of 8 solid working hours, roughly 40 hours per week. Some of Retail Resilient’s A Players work a 40 - 60 hour week to get extra sales and hit quota objectives.
Training Requirements
All Sales Directors are on a 60 day training program that includes Mastering Effective Follow-Up and Overcoming Objections. They must be able to proficiently present the Retail Resilient Social Media Solutions powerpoint.

Day to Day Duties

Performance Manager
Performance Manager Position
Retail Resilient is always seeking out hard working individuals in the Automotive Industry that have a solid background in General Management, Sales Management, Account Management, Finance Management and/or Performance Management.
Performance Managers for Retail Resilient have typically spent 10+ years in the car business and thoroughly understand all of the internal operations in the day to day Retail Auto Dealership.
Vision of the Position
A Performance Manager for Retail Resilient is heavily involved in managing accounts that have signed up for Social Media School, Social Media Sales Training or Social Media Campaign Management. It is the Performance Managers job responsibility to collect the dealerships’ advertising information on a monthly basis and work with the Retail Resilient Marketing Team to make sure all sponsored ads are driving performance and sales.
The Performance Manager is also responsible to train the BDC and Sales Staff on a monthly basis to ensure the highest level of appointment bookings, appointment confirmations, appointment show rates and top performing sales numbers.

All Sales Directors work from a home based environment. They create a quiet space in their homes with no distractions. A typical day consists of 9 solid working hours, roughly 45 hours per week. Most of Retail Resilient’s Performance Managers work a 40 - 60 hour week to ensure Auto Dealerships are hitting sales numbers.
Training Requirements
All Performance Managers are on a weekly training program that includes a library of resources that they will need to be successful in the job position. All Performance Managers MUST be able to present the entire Retail Resilient sales process before they become a full time Performance Manager. They are also required to be a Sales Director for an initial 60 day period before they are a full time Performance Manager.

Day to Day Duties

- Communicating with accounts within acceptable monthly guidelines
- Following the Retail Resilient schedule for account management effective follow-up
- Gathering all advertising information on a monthly basis and loading it into Basecamp for the Marketing Team
- Ensuring the performance of all sponsored advertising in Business Manager
- Sending monthly recaps to all dealership accounts
- Weekly meetings with the Retail Resilient Marketing Team
- Problem-solving any sale process issues within the Dealership, as their partner
- Streamlining the Social Media Marketing and Sales Process from the BDC Department to the Showroom Floor
- Bi-weekly sales training for customer accounts that signed up to receive Social Media Sales Training
- Fostering close relationships with Dealership Teams
- Booking Facebook Discovery Calls/Strategy Sessions with Dealerships

Compensation
Performance Managers are paid 15% of their total book of business on a monthly basis.
Churn rates must remain below 5%. Retention rates must be above 95% on the total book of business.
Ad Builder
Ad Builder Position
Retail Resilient is always seeking out hard working individuals in the Automotive Industry that have a strong background in Sales, Internet Sales, Internet Management, Marketing and Marketing Management in a Dealership. We hire these individuals to be our Ad Builders.
Vision of the Position
An Ad Builder for Retail Resilient is involved in building sponsored ads for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat and all Social Media platforms. It is the Ad Builders job responsibility to work with the Performance Management Team to obtain all monthly advertising information. It is also the Ad Builder that ensures optimal performance on all sponsored ads using the Retail Resilient Standard of Excellence.

All Ad Builders work from a home based environment. They create a quiet space in their homes with no distractions. A typical day consists of 9 solid working hours, roughly 45 hours per week. Most of Retail Resilient’s Ad Builders work a 40 - 60 hour week to ensure the optimal performance of sponsored advertising.
Training Requirements
All Ad Builders MUST know how to build traffic, engagement, video view, lead generation, Messenger and conversion ads in the Facebook Business Manager platform. All Ad Builders must have a minimum of 3-5 solid working years in the automotive industry. In addition, all Ad Builders are required to train underneath the Chief Marketing Officer and participate in all Retail Resilient Marketing Mania Meetings.

- Follows set procedures for Basecamp, etc.
- Demonstrates working knowledge of required skills

Ad Builders receive a salary based on the number of projects they are working on and quarterly bonuses based on their Performance Scorecard.
Social Media Teacher
Social Media Teacher Position
Retail Resilient is always seeking out teachers and mentors in the Automotive Industry that have a strong background in Social Media Marketing and Training. We hire these individuals to teach the Retail Resilient Clients how to become Master marketers on all Social Media platforms.
Vision of the Position
A Teacher at Retail Resilient is involved in training our clients for 4 hours a month online on how to build sponsored ads for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat and all Social Media platforms. It is the Teachers job responsibility to follow the Retail Resilient Curriculum and ensure the success of the student taking the courses. It is also the Teacher that ensures optimal performance on all sponsored ads using the Retail Resilient Standard of Excellence.

All Social Media Teachers work from a home based environment. They create a quiet space in their homes with no distractions. A typical day consists of 9 solid working hours, roughly 45 hours per week. Most of Retail Resilient’s Teachers work a 40 - 60 hour week to ensure the success of the student taking the classes.
Training Requirements
All Social Media Teachers MUST know how to build traffic, engagement, video view, lead generation, Messenger and conversion ads in the Facebook Business Manager platform. All Teachers must have a minimum of 3-5 solid working years in the automotive industry or an affiliated automotive advertising agency. In addition, all Teachers are required to train underneath the Chief Marketing Officer and participate in all Retail Resilient Marketing Mania Meetings.

- Host 2 hour sessions with homework assignments
- Allow the student to build the ads within their social media platforms

- Bi-weekly counselling for multiple Social Media Subjects
- Provide emotional support for the learning curve during training
- Provide unlimited support between sessions
- Help fix problems/issues in between sessions that the student may be facing
- Works in conjunction with the Sales Management and Marketing Department at the Dealership
- Regularly checks ads with the student and help supply reporting
