→ FB has 2.91B monthly active users. That’s a growth of 12% from 2019. It is the most used social platform worldwide.

→ 36.8% of the world’s population use FB monthly & Since only 4.6B of us have access to the Internet right now, that means 58.8% of everyone online uses FB… NO BIG DEAL 🤯

→ FB’s annual revenue increased by a staggering 2203% in the last 10 years. In 2012, FB earned $5.08 billion USD. Now? $117B in 2021. Most of that revenue is from advertising, which totaled $114.93B USD in 2021.

→ We know that TikTok is a rapidly growing trend right now. It’s short snappy videos have changed the way we consume content. Challenging businesses, marketers & influencers alike to capture your attention in just 3-5 seconds. (no pressure). At launch, TikTok videos were limited to 15 seconds. They later increased to 60 seconds, then tripled to 3 mins last July. Well now they’ve really outdone themselves, allowing users to upload video that are up to 10 mins long!

→Why? Short-form content can be limiting when you’re promoting a brand, product or service. This change offers an opportunity to keep viewers engaged longer, without having to watch multiple parts of a video series.
