Gail has been in the Auto Industry for 24 years in multiple positions ranging from Sales, Finance Management, New Car Manager, Used Car Manager, GSM. She spent 6 years at vAuto as a Performance Manager, built a multi-million dollar wholesale automotive company with 2 partners and started Retail Resilient in 2017 to help Auto Dealers market their dealerships on Social generating hundreds of leads and hundreds of sales!! She currently employs people in the United States and Canada to work remotely from home and serve car dealer clients nationwide. All of our Retail Resilient employees are car people and they absolutely LOVE the car business!!
Gail is originally from Winnipeg Canada and has lived in the United States since 2001. She believes in entrepreneurship, capitalism and the spirit of using creativity to build something from nothing. It is through hard work, dedication, passion and love that people can come together to build strong business communities that provide jobs, financial resources and a place you can call home.

Malcolm McGann is a Performance Manager and Expert Trainer for Retail Resilient. He started his sales and customer service career at a young age in the telecom sector running 2 successful Cantel/Rogers locations in his hometown of Winnipeg. He and his team collected many top sales and outstanding customer service awards along the way. He then moved on from telecom to join the Home Décor industry, where he enjoyed a successful and lucrative career selling and maintaining commercial building accounts. To help propel his sales career further, he made the move from his hometown to the Houston of the north (Calgary, AB). It is here where he was able to merge his passion for cars and sales. Over the last 13 year he has been cultivating his skills in the car industry in both sales and management. During his tenure in the industry he has amassed awards in both performance and sales.
When he is not looking after his portfolio, you can find Malcolm spending family time with his wife and 3 fur babies, Oscar, Nala and Archie. He also enjoys playing basketball, gardening and building various projects both inside and outside of his Calgary home.

Peggy Murrah is the Technical Director for Retail Resilient. Peggy is armed with diverse online expertise, an Infusionsoft Certified Partner designation, a Fractional CMO certification, a Social Media Certification by Hubspot (as well as holding an MA in Psychology from the University of Houston, Clear Lake).Today she provides marketing direction and strategies for entrepreneurs through mentoring, social media marketing, list building and management, and development/maintenance of their online presence.When she’s not managing her talented team, she enjoys spending time with her family and pursuing interests such as traveling, reading, and enjoying the beach. Peggy resides in Texas, along with her husband, three boys, and a happy assortment of small pets.

Michael AKA "Moosh" has been in the Auto Industry for 14 years in multiple positions ranging from Internet Sales, Finance Management, New & Used Car Manager, Marketing & Technology Director. He is currently on the Dealer Advisory Board for Urban Science, lending his skills while providing guidance and knowledge to help them grow and develop products that serve their dealers nationwide. He spent the 6 years prior as a small business owner in Boston, built a programming & synthesis company to help musicians all over the world have access to million dollar production tools right at home! He's a car person through and through and absolutely LOVES the car business!!
Michael is originally from the Chicagoland area and has lived in New York, Boston, Los Angeles and now resides in Orlando. He believes in entrepreneurship, and using his creativity blended with tomorrows technology to advance the automotive industry. In his spare time Moosh enjoys being a father to 2 young boys, races cars for fun with some local clubs and plays 6 instruments to make sure his Berklee education doesn't go to waste

Brad MacDonald is a Senior Ad Builder with Retail Resilient. After working in the Film and Television industry for over 5 years, Brad transitioned to Online Marketing and Social Media Management. This wide range of job experiences is what compliments his ever evolving set of skills. From assistant roles to senior positions, he has garnered a portfolio of creative skills that vary from camera operation, video editing, photography to graphic design and of course, social media marketing.
After gaining experience from a marketing role at a local car dealership, Brad joined the team at Retail Resilient to put his knowledge of the business to work where it matters most!
