Gail Rubinstein is the Founder of Retail Resilient. She has spent 22 years in the Automotive Industry in multiple positions ranging from General Sales Manager, New Car Manager, Finance Manager and Performance Manager with vAuto and Cox Automotive. Gail has built a few Automotive start-up companies from the ground up and most recently she has built the #1 Most Transparent Marketing and Sales Training solution for Auto Dealers using Social Media.
Gail is originally from Winnipeg Canada and has lived in the United States since 2001. She believes in entrepreneurship, capitalism and the spirit of using creativity to build something from nothing. It is through hard work, dedication, passion and love that people can come together to build strong business communities that provide jobs, financial resources and a place you can call home.
Peggy Murrah is the Chief Marketing Officer for Retail Resilient. She is also the founder of multiple digital marketing companies. Armed with diverse online expertise, an Infusionsoft Certified Partner designation, a Fractional CMO certification, a Social Media Certification by Hubspot (as well as holding an MA in Psychology from the University of Houston, Clear Lake), Peggy began offering marketing and business coaching services in 1999.
Today she provides marketing direction and strategies for entrepreneurs through mentoring, social media marketing, list building and management, and development/maintenance of their online presence.
When she’s not managing her talented team, she enjoys spending time with her family and pursuing interests such as traveling, reading, and enjoying the beach. Peggy resides in Texas, along with her husband, three boys, and a happy assortment of small pets.
Shannon Tunall is a International Facebook Performance Manager with Retail Resilient. With a graphic design background, she started her career in the automotive industry as an Internet and Graphic Design Manager at a large dealership. She now enjoys partnering with her clients as she trains them in becoming experts in advertising on social media.
Shannon has stayed true to her Saskatchewan roots but loves every opportunity to meet with clients from all over North America. When she’s not doing the job she loves, she is spending time with her family and friends (both human and furry), nerding out with techy Amazon purchases and enjoying artsy endeavors!

Anthony Dean-Neil is Director of Sales with Retail Resilient. He has worked over 35 years in all facets of Marketing and Sales for companies such as Cox Media, Forever Broadcasting, YP Holdings, and Hibu Inc. Ten years ago he founded his own company, specializing in Facebook Marketing and Search Engine Optimization.
Born and raised in Long Branch, NJ, Anthony now lives in western PA with his wife and two children. When he’s not hard at work you can most often find him taking long runs through the beautiful Laurel Highlands, coaching teens in track and field activities, or attending his children’s sports events.
Kevin Hawley is a Chief Technology Officer for Retail Resilient. Following a career spanning more than 25 years in marketing, sales, operations, and finance that included work on six continents (sorry Antartica…) Kevin launched his own consulting practice to offer clients of all sizes better competitive and operational strategies. As both a participant in and advisor to more than 70 startups, he’s pretty much seen it all when it comes to getting a business up and running at full speed!
Kevin earned a BA in Behavioral Psychology at Rider College in Lawrenceville, NJ, and an MBA in Strategy and Finance from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He has developed and taught courses for the Wharton Small Business Development Center and has served as a Guest Lecturer at the Rutgers Graduate School of Business. He currently holds an adjunct faculty appointment at Stockton University in Galloway, NJ, teaching Marketing Strategy. He lives just outside of Atlantic City, with his wife, four kids, two dogs and duck.
